Do you provide channels or content?+
No. VERINZO is a media player and an account service only. You bring your own Xtream Codes or M3U playlist — we never host, sell, or provide any channels, movies, or streams.
How do I activate my device?+
Open the VERINZO app once on your device so it registers its MAC address. Then go to "My Device" here, enter that MAC address and your activation key, and you are set. New devices usually get a free trial on first launch.
Can I use one account on several devices?+
Each activation is tied to one device, by its MAC address. Plans differ in how many devices they cover, so check the plan you are on — for more screens you either pick a plan that allows them, or activate a second device separately.
