Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about activating your device, playlists, and subscriptions. Can't find an answer? Contact support.
Do you provide channels or content?+
No. VERINZO is a media player and an account service only. You bring your own Xtream Codes or M3U playlist — we never host, sell, or provide any channels, movies, or streams.
How do I activate my device?+
Open the VERINZO app once on your device so it registers its MAC address. Then go to "My Device" here, enter that MAC address and your activation key, and you are set. New devices usually get a free trial on first launch.
Where do I find my MAC address?+
It is shown on the app's home screen, and in Settings inside the app. It looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. Type it exactly as shown.
What is the difference between M3U and Xtream Codes?+
Both are ways to load a playlist. An M3U is a single direct link. Xtream Codes uses a host, a username and a password. VERINZO supports both — pick whichever your provider gave you.
Can I use one account on several devices?+
Each activation is tied to one device (its MAC address). For more screens you activate each device, or ask your reseller about multi-screen options.
How do I renew my subscription?+
Buy a renewal from your reseller. They activate or extend your device the moment you pay, and the app updates automatically.
The app is buffering or a channel is offline — what do I do?+
Buffering is almost always the playlist/provider or your internet, not the player. Check your connection speed, try another channel, and confirm your playlist is still valid. Our Tutorials page has step-by-step fixes.
Do you offer refunds?+
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Because activation is delivered instantly, refunds are limited — please read the policy or contact support before purchasing.
