What is an M3U playlist?
The single link your provider gives you, and what the player does with it.
In one sentence
An M3U file is a plain list of channels. It holds a name for each channel and the address the video comes from — nothing else. Your provider hosts that list at a web address, gives you the link, and any player that understands M3U can read it.
What the link looks like
It is an ordinary URL, usually ending in .m3u or .m3u8, often with your username and password already inside it. Treat it like a password: anyone who has the link has your subscription.
Why players differ if the list is the same
The playlist only says what exists and where to fetch it. Everything else — how fast a channel opens, whether you get a TV guide, whether your series are grouped, whether resuming works — is the player. That is why the same M3U feels completely different in two apps.
Using one with VERINZO Player
Add the link once in My Device → Playlists, or paste it in the app. The player reads the list, sorts it into Live TV, Movies and Series, and matches a programme guide to it where one is available.
