Getting started

Before you start

Two things are needed, and only one of them comes from us.

VERINZO is a player. It shows what your own provider sends it, and it does not come with any channels, films or streams of its own — so there are two separate things to have in hand before anything works.

1. A playlist from a provider

This is the part that is not ours. Your provider gives you either:

  • an M3U link — one long web address, or
  • Xtream Codes — a host address, a username and a password.

Either is fine, and the player reads both. If you do not have one of these yet, nothing in the app will have anything to show.

2. A VERINZO activation

This is the part that is ours. It is what lets the app run on your device past the free trial. New devices start on a free trial at first launch, so you can see the player working with your own playlist before paying for anything.

What device

The whole Android family: phones, tablets, Android TV, TV boxes and Fire TV. Samsung and LG smart TVs, iPhone and desktop are not ready yet — when they are, they will be on the download page and not before.

Send us a message and tell us which step you are on — it saves a round of questions.
