Installing on a phone or tablet

From Google Play

Open the Play Store, search for VERINZO Player, install, open. Nothing else to do — updates arrive by themselves.

From the APK

The download page has the file directly. On Android this needs one permission the first time:

1. Tap Download APK. The browser will warn you that this kind of file can be harmful — that warning appears for every APK, from anyone.
2. Open the downloaded file. Android will say your browser is not allowed to install apps.
3. Tap Settings in that message, turn on Allow from this source, and press back.
4. Tap Install, then Open.

Then

Open the app once and leave it on the home screen for a moment. That first launch is what registers the device and shows its MAC address and device key.
