Watching live TV

Open Live TV from the home screen. Your provider's categories are down one side and the channels in the selected category beside them.

Two views

• Preview and guide — a small player keeps running while you look through the list, with what is on now beside each channel.
• Channel list only — just the list, which is faster to move through on an older box.

Switch between them from the live screen. Use whichever suits the device; on a slow box the list-only view is noticeably quicker.

While a channel is playing

Press OK (or tap the screen) for the controls:

• Channels — the channel list, without leaving what you are watching
• Audio — a second language, when the stream carries one
• Subtitles — subtitle tracks, when the stream carries them
• Aspect — Fit, Stretch or Zoom, for a picture that does not fill the screen
• Quality — where the stream offers more than one
• Info — what is on now, and what is next

Favourites

Press and hold a channel — or use Favorite in the player — and it joins your favourites list, reachable from the home screen. Favourites live on the device, so each device keeps its own.
