Your data, and deleting it
What is kept, why, and how to have it erased.
What is stored
The device — its MAC address, its key and its expiry — and the playlists you saved, so they survive a reinstall and can be managed from this site.
Playlist passwords saved that way are encrypted, with the key kept outside the database. Your provider login is used for one thing only: loading your playlist. No advertising system ever sees it.
What is not stored
We do not keep what you watch. The video never passes through us — it goes straight from your provider to your device — so there is nothing on our side to record.
Deleting it
Ask at verinzo.com/delete-account. No account and no sign-in needed. That page sets out exactly what a deletion removes and the little we are obliged to keep, and how long for.
The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Send us a message and tell us which step you are on — it saves a round of questions.
