Activating your device

1. Open the app and note the MAC address and device key from its home screen. If they are not there, start with your first launch.
2. Sign in at My Device on this site using those two values.
3. Enter your activation key — the one you were given when you bought, or the one your reseller sent you.
4. Restart the app on the device.

That is the whole thing. There is no form to be approved and no waiting for somebody to press a button: once the payment has cleared, activation happens by itself.

If you bought from a reseller

Your reseller activates the device from their own panel, and you may not need to do anything at all except restart the app. If nothing has changed an hour after paying, ask them first — they can see the device and we cannot see their sale.

If you bought here and nothing changed

1. Restart the app fully — not just back to the home screen.
2. Check you entered the MAC address from this device. One character wrong activates a device that does not exist.
3. Check the expiry date under My Device. If it moved, the activation worked and the app simply has not noticed yet; reopening it will fix that.
4. If the date did not move, tell us with your MAC address to hand.
